Workshops that I teach are various and are comprised of The New Breed Athlete philosophy. The fusion of fitness and wellness brought together methodically combining:
Body weight strength
Inversion balance & hand balancing
Using external weighted resistances
Fueling the New Breed Athlete
Workshops are conducted with the collaboration of a gym/studio owner to bring me out to their area to teach these systems. They can be one, two, or three day intensive workshops depending on the level of interest of the host.
