The New Breed Athlete

This is effectively the Body Practice that has evolved into a full spectrum of physical wellness, including various weight resistances, myriad physical cultures of movement, and hand balancing.  It is the truest philosophy that I hold as a personal standard that- one doesn't have to be locked into a singular way of moving. 

We have so much to offer our bodies if we're willing to take the necessary steps forward.
